Healing Massage

My massage is a Deep Tissue/ Swedish blend with an intuitive, nurturing and healing touch. I have a knack for finding the spots that need help and releasing them. I understand that this is your precious time to relax. I will not disturb you by talking during your massage unless you want to.

I have 580 hours of training from the school of Shiatsu and Massage at Harbin Hotsprings and I have 9 years of experience. I also have an additional 1250 hours of training in Hellerwork Structural Integration.

• Cranial Sacral Balancing $80 (a 50 minute session)

I am passionate about Hellerwork because I have personally benefited from receiving the work. It has completely changed the way I literally carry myself through life.

Hellerwork is transformational bodywork that is designed to align your body with gravity and improve your posture. It is amazing because it actually changes the way you carry yourself within your body and that change ripples out into everything in your life.

Hellerwork is done in a series of eleven 90 minute sessions, each focusing on aligning a different area of your body and dealing with the corresponding emotional, mental and spiritual associations of that area. For example, in session two, "Standing on your own two feet" I work with your legs and feet, creating a foundation of stability for your body and life, and we discuss how you support yourself as the bodywork is happening.
